The residence |
| Arca de Noe is free of costs, debts and mortgage and is in perfect condition. It can be inhabited at any given moment. The residence, located only 180 metres from the beach, can house 9 persons, but will at the same time do very nicely for a couple as well. Because the stairs are not steep, and the rooms are light and do not require much housework, older people may find the house very suitable to their wishes. The romantic garden and its automatic irrigation system do not require any hard work. |

Arca de Noe has been the property of the same family for 22 years. They have invested in it and have improved the residence. The couple often stayed in Cambrils for weeks, up to 5 times a year. The house was and is rented to serious families, often for repeat visits for 800 tot 1000 Euro per week. Because of business interests in Switzerland, the owners are at present unable to visit Calle de Valls 23 in Marcambrils as often as they would wish. |
