CAMBRILS
Seaside residence
for sale

The residence Arca de Noe was built in 1975 by an German architect commissioned by a contractor from Munich. In 1985 it was bought by its present owners and they have been improving the house ever since.
Therefore the house got new aluminum shutters in 2008. In spring of 2010 all windows and balcony doors were replaced by larger, more transparent windows with double glass and with in-built mosquito nets. The total water system was remodeled, the roof restored and attractive plastic plates introduced. Some years ago the water purification installation was connected from Cambrils to the Gasfernnetz of Tarragona. Modern Vaillant system provide heating on gas for warm water, and all chambers have a comfortable warmth.

Taking over the services of the present gardener and the housekeeper can of course be discussed when Arca de Noe is sold.

Beside the carport is an outside shower and a storage space for gardening equipment, bicycles, wine, etc. The city regulates the daily garbage, and maintains the streets of these in each respect, well maintained urbanisation.

One of the most pleasant aspects of this desirable residence is the Porcho, an indoor 70 square metres courtyard, with impressive columns and round arches, with a shady garden adjoining. A truly romantic environment with an authentic tile picture and an open hearth. Weather permitting one can sit here protected against the rain and enjoy a pleasant evening.

Arca de Noe is located on a property of some 500 square metres. On the inner courtyard (partly carport) three cars can be parked. In front of the house there is more place to park the car, because the house is situated at the end of a road.
The garden does not need a lot of work: an automatic electronic irrigation system will take care of the plants at night. A fruit-bearing palm tree and other trees provide the necessary shade. The entire property is enclosed by a cypress hedge, wire netting and a wrought-iron gate to keep out curious passers-by and unwanted visitors.

A relatively simple conversion could turn the space under the house into a bodega.
